We recommend that you bring water, sunblock, towel, change of clothes, and a big smile!

You must be 13 years old to attend classes and excursions with us. For kids 12 and under please schedule a private family lesson or rental with angie@kulasup.com. Ages 12 and under are REQUIRED to bring their own USCG Life Jacket and must wear it at all times out on the water. Ages 9 and under can ride on their parents boards for no extra charge. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Our regular SUP Yoga and Paddle Fit classes are 90 minutes, with a minimum of 60 minutes on the water. Please arrive 20 minutes early to class. This helps us all get out on the water faster!

The SUP Excursions are about 2 hours with 90 minutes of paddling.

We have three locations: Lake Como in Smyrna, DE, Bohemia River in Earleville MD, and Paradise Grill in Millsboro, DE. Check our schedule page to see where we'll be.

Of course! We always recommend an Intro to SUP lesson first but all of our SUP Yoga classes are accessible to all levels.

There's always a chance but it's just water! It's not often that our students fall in the water and we make sure to prepare you with all the tools you need to paddle safely.

No. These classes are for experienced paddlers only. Check out our Intro to SUP class or schedule a private lesson.

Yes. Water shoes are always great to have for launching your paddle board.

USCG regulations are 12 and under are required to wear their life jacket. Ages 12 an older are required to have them on their paddle board at all times.

YES. All participants MUST be able to swim.

All SUP classes are $35 a person. Special events & SUP Excursions range from $40-$50 a person.
