Join Kula SUP for a 5-day and 4-night retreat in the Outer Banks, NC right on the beach! Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with wellness-focused classes, healthy cuisine, and your pick of adventures and activities on Carova Beach, NC. Our oceanfront property offers endless opportunities to get out and connect with nature! Each day will start with an inspirational sunrise yoga class on the beach followed by meditation and time to journal. Your afternoons are free for relaxation or to take in activities like kayaking, hiking, biking, swimming, and shell hunting. Evenings are spent paddle boarding on the Currituck Sound at sunset followed by a fun hang out at the tiki bar.
All levels are welcome! Come along on a journey to feed your soul, to laugh, to be inspired, to be in awe of the natural beauty of the sea. Find your bliss as you dip your toes in the sand, breathe in that fresh salt air, and run free with the wild horses.

Sands Of Time is our beautiful oceanfront home with a unique coastal living charm. A spacious and bright 6 bedroom, 6 bath home with all the modern conveniences and comfort that awaits us. Check in time is at 3 p.m. Wednesday and check out time is 11 a.m. Sunday.

Our Beach House- Sands of Time is located on the 4-wheel drive beach in Corolla, North Carolina. It is only accessible by a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Don’t have a 4-wheel drive vehicle? No worries! Beach pick up on rt. 12 will be available upon request. Contact us with your travel plans and we will find you the best option! The closest airport is Norfolk ,VA which is 2hrs away from our beach house.
